The hotel is conveniently located, offering easy access to Berkeley and nearby attractions. I enjoyed walking around the small boat harbor and nature trails nearby. However, the parking fees were on the higher side for a one-night stay.

The hotel has some positives like good rooms with real bathtubs and large sinks, but it's a bit worn out and faces the parking lot instead of the marina. The service is friendly overall but lacks some knowledge for specific inquiries. The location is beautiful at night but had some issues with room changes.
